Penn toyed with Jens Pulver to win the Finale of TUF5. A lot of smack talk later and they’re in the Octagon and Pulver makes it through to the second round. A lot of amazing submissions attempts later and Jens has escaped only to get caught in the most amazing rear naked choke from Penn’s back. the leg went over and trapped Pulver’s arm and the choke was solid and Pulver’s hand was trembling, he was trying not to tap but he had to.

BJ Penn is stepping up to 170 llbs after his recent win over Jens Pulver solely for the purpose of challenging Matt Hughes. I imagine that will be after the TUF6 Finale.
Mike Swick is joining the welter weight division in the UFC. That’s leaving him, GSP, Hughes, Serra, Sanchez, Kos, Fitch, Alves, and now him… pretty sick division, the best fighters in the UFC in my opinion! Source, Fiveouncesofpain.
Gabriel Gonzaga delivers another stunning blow to the UFC/MMA world by dropping Cro Cop to the mat and elbowing the living hell out of him… Cro Cop gets to stand up and he’s a little dazed and certainly confused and then WALLOP, the type of kick we expected Cro Cop to deliver comes from Gonzaga.
Cro Cop is out cold and next up for Gabriel Gonzaga is a date with Randy Couture for the UFC heaveyweight title.
The main article is on the UFC Fights website. Briefly, his ligaments in his ankle are torn but are not badly torn enough to keep him from fighting. He’ll be back. Check that article for more information.
Congratulations on your win at UFC70! Bisping takes Sinosic as far as the second round but decides enough is enough and turns up the heat on Elvis! TKO strikes, referee stoppage and Dana Whit’es new homeboy is golden! Who’s next for Bisping? Maybe a title shot soon?
Randy Couture, nicknamed “The Natural” was destined to be a UFC hall of famer. He grew up wrestling, he was a natural athlete and could turn his hand towards doing anything. He found his way into the UFC in 1997 at UFC13.
His fighting style is based predominantly around wrestling and his ability to destroy his opponent in the clinch is unbelievable, he can also unload powerful strikes - the ultimate fighter! Most of Randy’s win’s come form the referee jumping in and saving his opponents life, lots of TKO action, submissions and a few knockouts. That’s the career of Randy Couture.
Anderson Silva’s fighting style is Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai.
He is a well rounded fighter and can both submit and strike, he is in fact a phenomenal striker as shown with his many TKO’s and a few KO’s! He can punch, he can kick and he can use his knees with devastating effect.
